When exporting expense report, file name should default to represent the report name, not the date it was printed.

Use webcam to capture receipt image
I would like to be able to use my laptop's webcam to capture the receipt image (similar to the mobile app).
I find it's easier (for me) to enter the appropriate details in the web app. However, the easiest way to capture the receipt image (again, for me) is to use the mobile app and the phone's camera. This makes most receipt entry a two-step process.

Project No to remain when closing the project in WFM
Hi there
Further to our interaction with your customer service, and dext not been able to keep the project number to the receipts once the project is closed on WFM could you please add this feature to it.
So when closing a project the expense receipt still have the Project Code from WFM.1 vote -

Merging Invoices from Different Users
When Merging same invoices received multiple times from different users , instead of the the merged invoice being allocated to the first user who uploaded , we should be able to priorities either users or upload method i.e. if an invoice is received as a scan from the App from an User we should be able to see this rather than an upload via email.

Extracting multiple Direct Debit payments from invoices.
It would be great if you could add an invoice and separate the future direct debit payments, which would automatically update onto Xero.

Project Defaults to also apply to Sales
project user defaults to also apply to sales items uploaded by specific users.
Currently Dext only apply project defaults for users to apply to costs.

Return Item ID numbers to top of Receipts on Export of pdfs
Back in the early days of Dext (when it was Receipt Bank) the Item ID was printed on the top of the Receipt. Can we have this feature back please - turning the Item Headers on in PDF exports is not useful/looks awful.

"Owner" email
Dear Dext, love your product! I had a situation where I set up a client account and immediately added one of the business's names/email address. This made that person the "owner", and caused issues when I was uploading documents, as I had a choice of owner or none. Being new to Dext I did not change the the dropdown to none b4 I realised this. I went to change the "owner" to collegue (dont know if I have the right wording here), but found I couldnt.
