Item Messaging available on SMB plans

We need the ability to use Item Messaging feature with our employees on the direct SMB plans as it would save us so much time and effort.

    To be able to use the message feature within the App that Dext offer Accountants but as the Finance Team within the Business

    Could we get a feature that we could send a note back to the person that added the receipt so that we could ask for more details about a receipt if needed?

    I would like messaging to be available to non-accountant users as well. I have some clients who maintain their own Dext and it would be very helpful for them to be able to message on items.

    I think that business accounts should absolutely have the feature that allows an accountant to message the person that submits an document to ask questions. For example, I had a sales manager submit a non-descriptive invoice with no description added to the upload. I don't know how to code the invoice as there is no description. I would like to be able to send a message through DEXT on this item so that he is notified that I need more detail. Currently I have to go through external email and then go back into the document. When this scales to multiple issues, with multiple employees it becomes difficult to track.

    When a user adds and image which is incomplete, I need the ability to email or message that user that it needs rectifying.
