I think that business accounts should absolutely have the feature that allows an accountant to message the person that submits an document to ask questions. For example, I had a sales manager submit a non-descriptive invoice with no description added to the upload. I don't know how to code the invoice as there is no description. I would like to be able to send a message through DEXT on this item so that he is notified that I need more detail. Currently I have to go through external email and then go back into the document. When this scales to multiple issues, with multiple employees it becomes difficult to track.
