User submission rules
I would like to be able to set up rules based on who submits an item. Like supplier rules, but for Dext users. That way I can default all the US workers to 0 GST for Canadian company.

Often I scan in a receipt on my phone (I only do receipts) and it will default to an Invoice. I would like to have my default as a receipt (which of course I can change if necessary). Set the Default type of document based on the submitter.
