Notes
At each stage the approver should be able to add notes when approving an invoice. There are many instances 2whent he approver will approve the invoice and give instructions to the accounting dept. For example. I am approving this invoice but please pay 50% now and 50% in 10 days of my approval etc

Can the comments made by the approver be automatically copied onto the description so that it transferred to QuickBooks with the approvers notes. Currently I have to un approve the bill make a copy of the notes, add them to the description than send back for approval. This is very time consuming and difficult to keep track, plus the bill has already been approved. The notes cannot only be available in Dext as the accountants need to see the notes and they only have access to Quickbooks.
