The Approvals tab needs to have the same search, filter, and table settings as the Inbox and Archive tabs. Being able to sort or search through using the Customer, Document reference number, or even due date is critical to what we need. Right now it is just too barebones.

I have no other insights but came here to add that all of these comments are bang on!

When setting up a workflow it would be good to be able to pick a specific user and be able to set parameters to suite the companies schedule of delegation. Expense approvers could be set up in the system to approve invoices within their scope. It would also be helpful if Dext could filter this so only invoices assigned to a specific user are visible when logged in.

Currently the approvers can see everything in the approval list. Some invoices can be sensitive, so this needs to change

Please change the approval tab to show only the docs that the user is needed to approve.
Currently, Document Owners have all documents that are waiting for approvals in their approvals even if they aren't in the approval workflow. Users are finding it frustrating as they need to open each document (especially on the mobile app) to determine if they need to approve.

Add a filter to the approvals tab, which is present on all other tabs except that one.

We would like a user level where the user would have the ability to approve only the items which are relevent to them (i.e. where they are the next approver) when they click on the approvals tab.
