Allow CSV import to projects 2

We are using Dext along with Landmark KeyPrime which doesn't support cloud integrations. Project 2 is used for importing "enterprise" codes which would be helpful to be able to import

You can now import Projects 2 from a CSV file, just like you can with Projects 1.

    I also need to use Project 2 for construction phase codes. I have 438 codes that I have to enter one at a time. Ouch. CSV should be a simple fix since the code already exists elsewhere (Category, Projects). It will take more time for me to enter my phase codes then it would take to update the code for CSV import.
