Sage 50 Canada Departments

Sage 50 Canada does not sync with the Departments set up in Sage. This makes it a big inconvenience to post the expenses. I still have to post them directly in sage so i can put the expense to the appropriate department. In DEXT, i can only archive now as i need departments and there is no option for this. I suggest you make this an option in Canada so my DEXT and Sage can work together again.

    I am not sure why Dext supports Sage 50 UK versions of departmental accounting, but it does not support Sage 50 Canada. This is also an issue with a couple of my clients. It ends up being a lot more time as each document has to be manually allocated to a department with an adjustment for hundreds of entries a month.

    We need department integration. Department integration goes through the GL, not projects.
    Otherwise, we have to enter the receipts manually into Sage.

    Especially for large companies that use departments, we need this functionality.
