Ability to Capture and Sync Balance Due (Not Just Invoice Total)
Currently, Dext only captures and sends the invoice total to QuickBooks Online. For outgoing invoices, this creates issues when a customer has already made a partial payment, since the balance due is often different from the total. This forces manual adjustments inside QuickBooks for nearly every invoice.
I would like to request an enhancement that allows Dext to:
Recognize and extract the Balance Due field (when present on an invoice).
Provide a setting or toggle so users can choose whether to publish the Total or the Balance Due to QuickBooks.
This improvement would reduce manual work, eliminate errors, and make Dext more useful for businesses who use it to process their sales invoices, not just supplier bills.
