Allow Admins to Bypass Approvals for Paid Invoices
I love the new approval feature and use this for many of my clients, however, they do not want to approve invoices that have already been paid (i.e. on Direct debits or already paid by credit card). At the moment, I can override and approve the invoices before the client but they still receive an email saying there is a bill to approve but when they login there is no bill there as I have already approved it. Is there a way around this without turning off notifications or can you build an exception to the approval workflow to overcome this?
