Allow DEXT payments to execute payment runs earlier than 9 am
Payment runs are processed automatically at 9 am on the execution date, which can take a couple of hours to show in the supplier's bank account. It would be ideal to allow for payments to be processed earlier than 9 am or at a chosen time so that the payment reaches the supplier before the start of the working day.
