When Dext suggests creating a new supplier, the current warning is quite small and can easily be missed. This increases the risk of users accidentally creating duplicate suppliers instead of matching the document to an existing supplier.

It would be helpful if this warning was made much more prominent, for example by using a larger pop-up, stronger colour contrast, or a clearer confirmation message before the new supplier is created.
