It would be extremely helpful to have an option for AI Guidance to prevent an item from being auto-published when the guidance identifies that the invoice should not be published.

For example, we would like to use AI Guidance to flag invoices that belong to another site or should otherwise be reviewed, and have the invoice remain unpublished even if the supplier is set to Auto-Publish.

At the moment, AI Guidance can identify and flag these invoices, but the Auto-Publish setting takes priority and the invoice is still published.

Having a “Do not publish” / “Prevent auto-publish” action within AI Guidance would be very useful and would help prevent invoices from being incorrectly posted to QuickBooks.

This would be a great help for businesses managing multiple sites and would give us much more confidence in using Auto-Publish.
