Approver redirect
Allow an approver to redirect an item to a different approver. This helps with navigating as well as when expenses arrive at the wrong approvers inbox.

Workflows are good, but some invoices are idiosyncratic. When reviewing incoming invoices, it would be helpful to have a pulldown menu of approvers to assign to that invoice (by admin). Auto-suggested based on workflows would be a plus, but being able to alter there in the invoice review would be good.
