  1. Can you please add a column within the supplier statements to code directly from the details tab instead of having to go into each invoice to code and come back to supplier statements afterward?

  2. In the expense claim submission process, can you add a step that adds digital signatures to the PDF coversheet?

By virtue of the employee submitting the claim, I would like that to add their digital signature to the cover sheet, then when the manager approves it should add their signature. So when the expense claim is approved and finalized, the PDF export shows a signed coversheet.

Also, if an expense claim gets sent back to the employee for further edits, their original signature is removed and is blank until the correct edits have been made.

  5. Currently, the Bank Match feature in Dext only allows matching when the invoice amount and the bank transaction amount are exactly the same. However, in real-world scenarios, this isn’t always the case. For example:

An invoice is for $1,000, but the bank feed shows $1,050 due to a credit card surcharge.

An invoice is for $1,000, but the bank feed shows $950 because the supplier offered a discount at the time of payment.

In both these cases, the match is still valid — it's just that the final payment amount differs slightly from the invoice total. It would be extremely…

  6. Please allow a user to add an NEW items to an Expense Claim directly from the mobile app without going through Costs. A user has an expense receipt in their hand at point of payment, so why not allow them to choose the Expense Claim to assign it to via the mobile APP before submission. It makes no sense to put it in the Costs Inbox first and then have to move it. Just let the user specify that it's an Expense Claim in the App!

  7. Create a % split rule for Personal and Business use where you can decide to discard the Personal amount so only the business % is now the total GBP amount published.

For example you can say mobile supplier is 70% business split so only 70% of the cost is processed as business use.

Workaround: manual edit the total amount.

  8. The mileage isn't useful for my business at all. As we do field work for multiple clients using a company car, I don't need to claim mileage: I need to be able to assign all of our trips to different clients. Then at the end of the month, export the trips and totals per client for billing. Any chance we could get that? We were recommended Dext by another similar company but they said they never use mileage for that reason. I love the functionality of Everlance with the auto-track, tags, and reporting, but it doesn't support multiple users linked…

  9. If you sort the approvals list by any header category and then open a specific line, when you hit the back button the sort is lost. You then have to re-sort the field again. It would be useful if the back button actually took you back to exactly where you were so you could just continue.

  11. It would be great if after using the "Back" button on a browser you are navigated on the exact page placement you have been before. For example, you were searching for a supplier name starting with "S" >> you move to a different page, and after clicking on the "Back" button you are navigated back to the top of the supplier list instead of the where you were previously.
