  2. Add a column on the colleagues tab to show employee certification status. This ensures practices would be able to track whether an employee has completed their certification, highlighting those that have not. This will enable practices to better chase staff to complete their certification.

    In addition, I would also suggest adding an export function for this list which includes the following: first name, last name, email address, linked to account, privilege level, location, status (i.e. certified or non-certified), date of certification obtained and expiry date.

  4. I'm surprised this isn't a feature yet. When you are adding a document online via the webpage there is no area to give a description for the document before uploading or even right after. You have to wait for it to be processed, then go into it and leave a note. For someone who submits receipts & bills both on the phone & webpage it would be very nice to have that feature on the webpage. I am frequently submitting documents that I would like to leave a description for so my accounting team can then know where they might…

  5. In the Category's (Xero cost codes).
    Some of my suppliers use multiple category's can you make it so you don't have to scroll through all of them just to get to the couple you use for that supplier.

  7. Add a method to add Deposits from Dext straight into Quickbooks. Now when we get a cheque, we have to manually enter it into Quickbooks instead of being able to use Dext's automatic software.

  9. I think you should add a feature that shows the total amount of the invoices you have selected. For example, you "select" 3-4 invoices, at the top of the page it would show "3 Invoices, £453.23". A dyanmic toggle that would be useful when tallying up invoices to push through to match payments in Xero.

    Xero have this functionality in bills to pay as a reference point.

  12. The new statements functionality is great. On the summary page it would be useful to see the number of supplier statements outstanding for reconciliation, just as we can for cost and sales items.

  13. If a supplier was to have regular invoices for the same amount, would it be possible to set multiple condition rules on an amount basis, rather than just rules for the supplier in general?

    For example if multiple HPs was to be taken for multiple vehicles from the same supplier, but the monthly payments stay the same and need split line items to contain correct VAT treatment (10%)

    This would remove manual time when bookkeeping.

  14. Would be a good idea to be able to have a Bank Statement Extraction only subscription to be able to export line items into a csv. This could either be billed on a page basis or a monthly subscription cost for unlimited pages

  15. Would it be possible for Dext's Supplier statements section to be able to pick up any items posted as an expense within the accounting software as this would assist with duplication errors? Or is this currently only based on the creditors list?

  16. Supplier rules for document type. Sometimes the system doesn't recognize the type and we have to manually edit it. It should always be an "invoice" for specific vendors.

  17. In the mobile app can you filter accounts or sort by most used or last used in app. It would be handy not to have to scroll through entire list when I always use just a couple accounts when scanning in a receipt
