You have the option to review duplicate cost items, under this option one can manually review duplicates without them automatically being rejected (in some circumstances)
I have had a few cases where items are rejected incorrectly. I don't blame the system, it is a bot and frankly the human element in some circumstances can understand nuance that AI cannot. (Understanding both to be fallible nonetheless)
Please make the duplicate cost item review to be global. If an item is flagged it becomes the user's responsibility to proceed and items that are assumed to be uploaded are not lost. The manual review procedure is strong enough to make a bot-driven automatic dismissal absolutely redundant, and should encourage investigation - taking the concept of robot-error out of the equation.
Of course I understand why many would prefer to keep the automatic rejection option and that's fine - but I would appreciate the option of opting-out of all rejections - even if a scale was available. My frustration with finding missing receipts that have been entered and falsely flagged is starting to overwhelm any confidence I have in this product.
