Huge lack of onboarding materials. Very confusing to switch from a paper-based workflow to a digital one, as it brings the accountant's workflow in with zero explanation as to why various things need to be done/steps need to be taken just to add a basic Cost to Dext. Unbelievable that you haven't figured out how to automatically scrape and add taxes and tips for meal costs, at least 50% of the receipts I enter into Dext.
