    Not having message feature available via the web as well as the app is counterproductive. The item message feature should be aimed at enhancing and improving communication unfortunately without full availability for the client this doesn't achieve that. It seems like the job has been half done. Please complete this feature so it is useful.

    Having the item message feature only available via the mobile app is counter productive to enhancing communication. If you create a message feature then in an ideal world it would be available to client and bookkeeper/accountant via both app and browser version. Anything less is doing half the job!
