I have several different accounts connected to my email address with a supplier. Fetch will not know which one to use when connecting. For example, Stonegate. I have clients with multiple premises using the same email to log in. I am unable to set the connections properly to fetch all required invoices, because, I think, Dext doesn't know which premises to use. As a workaround, I have been setting up additional users on their portal, but this is not sustainable, we have a lot of clients like this
