Yes. Having to ask the client to resend an item because Dext doesn't keep rejected items impedes our workflow and worsens the client experience. If we could at least review the rejected file, it would help us guide our clients better.
Yes to this. We want to be able to receive and customize email notifications when there is activity on our client accounts.
