We have 1 bank feed which pulls through the transactions feed for 11 credit cards used by managers.
We would like each manager to have a Dext login so they are able to upload their receipts which Dext would match with the credit card transactions feed.
The problem is we need to setup each manager as an admin user so that they are able to see the bank feed. However, as admin users they will be able to see not only their receipts but also the receipts of the other 10 managers (who are also admin users). This is not practical as it will make it very difficult for them to find – check – submit/ publish their own receipts in the tens of other users receipts.
If we make the managers standard users – they won’t be able to access the bank feed, which means they will not be able to check if they have missed submitting any receipts (as they will not be able to see the transactions feed).
Is there a way managers can be standard users and have access to one assigned bank feed? This way they would be able to see the transactions feed and the matched receipts and would only have access to their own uploaded receipts.
