Integrate with Xero Projects Module
Client is asking if we can directly link to the "Project" feature/module in Xero? If it is possible that items from Receipt Bank will be directly linked to Xero Project module so that they can cost a supplier invoice back to a project.

Apologies for not responding sooner, our team has found this is currently not possible as Xero does not support it in their API.

QBO: Tags
A lot of our Quickbooks clients use 'tags' - at the moment, we have to publish from Dext, then go into Dext, reopen and add the Tag - could the tag function be added to Dext?
112 votesThanks for your feedback, unfortunately we are unable to support tags in the QBO integration because Intuit have not made it available in their API. We will request them to add this and update this idea if they do.

Unfortunately the Xero API doesn’t allow us to interact with the Xero Projects module, which means that we cannot at this time fulfil this request. We will continue to monitor this part of the API and will revisit if/when Xero makes this available.

Match transactions older than 6 months (Bank Match & Paperwork Match)
Currently if a transaction is over 6 months old Receipt Bank will not automatically match it using bank match or reconciled match. It would be nice if Receipt Bank could extend this period.

Bill.com Customer list sync
It appears that the client list for my client is not syncing between Bill.com and Receipt Bank. Please can you pull the list of clients from Bill.com?
There are 2 reasons we need this list:
1) expenses might be reimbursable by the customer

Classes - are the mandatory on this file Yes or NO?
Classes Required? Yes/No
It would be nice if we could indicate if the class field was mandatory or not. We can toggle a switch in QBO and it will say 'hey you missed the class on this entry - ok?" With Dext we currently can miss entering a class, which then means it isn't in QBO, and then our reports our wrong... so a quick IF Class is RQD then verify ClassField <> NIL. Real quick. :-)

We can't currently implement support for this without extensive back end changes unfortunately. Though we will keep a note of it and implement this in future when possible. You will be notified when this is done.

Pull customers from Xero as suppliers in dext without having to submit an invoice against them first

Triple intetgration for Xero, ApprovalMax, WorkflowMax
Possibility to have Xero work with ApprovalMax and WorkflowMax at the same time. All the three of them.

Ability to Leave Document # Blank
Sometimes I want the document number to be blank - no number there at all. But if I leave it blank, then Dext pushes it over with an RB#. I especially don't want that on Sales Receipts or Invoices, because it messes up the sequence of normal numbers in QBO. So I'd like Dext to leave that field blank when I leave it blank, or at least the ability to turn on and off whether Dext auto does a number or not.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the API requires that we include something in this field when we publish, which is why we include the RB number if nothing else is present.

Integrations with Jobpac Connect
Integration with Jobpac Connect.
We use a product called Jobpac Connect.
Currently I export transaction data into a csv and import manually, Then export all the PDFs and bulk import those as well. I'm looking for a way to integrate Dext and Jobpac....I imagine this is a fairly straight forward integration and there a plenty Jobpac users who could make use of Dext,

Classic interface
Please add a 'classic layout' option so those of us who want a simple functional app can enjoy the previous format. This could be achieved by a tighle in settings.
