To speed up the integration with Workflow Max 2.
17 votesThank you for your feedback, currently we don't have capacity to migrate and support the integration on the BlueRock API, however we will be reevaluating this at the end of 2024 and will update interested users at this point.

Unfortunately the Xero API doesn’t allow us to interact with the Xero Projects module, which means that we cannot at this time fulfil this request. We will continue to monitor this part of the API and will revisit if/when Xero makes this available.

Integrate with Xero Projects Module
Client is asking if we can directly link to the "Project" feature/module in Xero? If it is possible that items from Receipt Bank will be directly linked to Xero Project module so that they can cost a supplier invoice back to a project.

Apologies for not responding sooner, our team has found this is currently not possible as Xero does not support it in their API.

Classic interface
Please add a 'classic layout' option so those of us who want a simple functional app can enjoy the previous format. This could be achieved by a tighle in settings.

Match transactions older than 6 months (Bank Match & Paperwork Match)
Currently if a transaction is over 6 months old Receipt Bank will not automatically match it using bank match or reconciled match. It would be nice if Receipt Bank could extend this period.

Bill.com Customer list sync
It appears that the client list for my client is not syncing between Bill.com and Receipt Bank. Please can you pull the list of clients from Bill.com?
There are 2 reasons we need this list:
1) expenses might be reimbursable by the customer

pull contacts from Xero as supplier in Dext
Pull customers from Xero as suppliers in dext without having to submit an invoice against them first
