Integrate with QBO Projects

It would be great if we could post directly to QBO Projects!

Thanks for your feedback on this issue! We have now clarified the handling of projects with Quickbooks Online. To assign an item to a project in Quickbooks select the relevant sub customer from the customer drop down on the item detail page. Sub customers are now marked with a tooltip that shows that they are a sub-customer and which customer they belong to.

    QBO project come into Dext as a customer. I have been posting to projects from Dext for a couple years.

    Please can Dext link with Quickbooks Projects, not just locations and classes. I'm having to push across from Dext, then go into each invoice individually to link it specifically to a project! Thanks

    I would like to be able to apply the Projects set within QBO to items submitted in Dext

    We are currently able to do this. Unfortunately Dext doesn't load the projects unless you force it to sync, and even then it takes a couple of hours sometimes. This is on the Canadian version of both platforms, I don't know if that makes a difference.

    I also would like this. This used to work briefly before Dext took over receipt bank. But it only appeared for a few months for us.

    I agree with this. It used to take one day for projects to appear in Dext when made in QB. It’s been 5 days and still hasn’t synced yet. I’ve had to manually publish, search in QB and attach invoices to projects to bill because it’s taking too long. Defeats the purpose of the app honestly.

    for expenses related to a specific project, there should be a drop down bar with all linked projects that are set up in QBO so that the expense can be tagged to the appropriate project from Dext, which should be linked to projects in QBO.
