Ability to reassign users between clients using the same email they are signed up with.

Confusing with multiple accounts. Can't have one user email address for multiple accounts. Need to create fake email addresses seems ridiculous

Many clients have more than 1 business it would be great to have multiple accounts linked to 1 email address

As more clients using this, and some with multiple companies, this is now becoming critical.

Adding an existing user to another client

Allow multi company switch in Dext web and mobile apps so you don’t have to keep logging in out of multiple accounts. Adding accounts would be done by the standard auth process and using QR code auth for mobile app

Solving the Email in piece is critical - setting up all these emails across many entities for 1 person to send to is dire

Allow the system to toggle between companies when on the desktop version. Currently you can do this via mobile only. Thanks

Using a client email across multiple franchises

This would depend on how you work if this would be useful to you. At some point in the day I like to go through and clean out everything I can from Dext. Not just working on one company but all companies. Company 1, then 2, then 3. But the way Dext UI works right now is you have to go into company 1, then back to the dashboard, then select the next company, etc. I believe it would be very beneficial to see a PREV & NEXT for the companies on your dashboard, the same as there is a PREV&NEXT for the entries (costs/sales/xclaims).

Hi I have multiple companies and it’s getting very difficult forgetting all my logins

A lot of our clients have multiple Dext Prepare accounts but have to have separate logins for each one, often with fake email addresses. It would be great to have one login where they can access their different accounts under in a simlar way as we do as Partners of Xero and QBO do.

Multiple clients have multiple businesses but can only attach their email address to one Dext file. a Multi client access feature is sorely needed.

I have some older clients who aren't IT literate. I would like them to add their bank login details under the Bank Fetch feature, but because their email address can only be used once, I can't request this from them on multiple entities. It would be great if Dext was like Xero for example - one email address can give you access to many entities. I know there is a dummy email work around, but this doesn't seem like a great solution, and means that other features, like Bank Fetch, aren't useable. Dext is often used behind the scenes for clients, and many have lots of apps they use in their day to day working life. Asking them to login using a dummy login and navigate to the Bank Fetch area doesn't seem like a great solution to me.

I feel the need to chime in on this again. We currently use Dext and another Receipt/Invoice capture system for this reason. We try to do everything to make the process smooth simple for our customers to use the systems we deploy. Because our customers with multiple businesses have to have multiple logins to use Dext we have to set them up in other system that has this functionality. As our customer base grows this is becoming a bigger and bigger problem, probably more than any other item on this list.
I am at a loss trying to understand why this functionality can not be replicated for clients the same as it already is available to accountants today.

It is becoming a bigger issue all the time that a single user may need access to more than one firm. If this does not get addressed soon we may need to entertain switching to a different product as creating multiple logins for a single user is not very user friendly from a client perspective
