Instead of logging in and out Receipt Bank accounts, be able to log in once and switch between accounts via single login.

to allow clients who have multiple companies on dext access on all, with one email/cell so they just have access on their own companies, and can switch between the profiles with ease.

We are an accounting firm and have customers with multiple companies. Same user but has to have different login credentials to access each company. Why can't the functionality that accounting firms have to select between clients (with single sign on) be pushed down to individual users?

Hi Team,
I have been in contact with receipt bank and am told that:
I need to sign up as an accountant/bookkeeper for a fee to gain access to more than one client file with the same email address
Could I please put in a request for Receipt Bank too review this process and consider these points (and consider allowing other access for accountants/bookkeepers):
Not all accountants/bookkeepers have a few clients to absorb the minimum fee that you propose
It is unrealistic for accountants/bookkeepers to have to create a new email address of some sort to access the file and remember this if they do have several clients
Not all accountants/bookkeepers wish to uncharge subscription fees to clients. -

I have two clients on my dashboard. The two clients have a bookkeeper who also use Receipt Bank. I'd like the email address used by the bookkeeper to be added to the two clients account so I can access all accounts with a single email address.

A number of clients have multiple entities, which means that they've got multiple Recept Bank accounts. This makes it very difficult for them to easy access and manage all these accounts without the pain of having to log out and in again over & over again. It would be incredibly beneficial if you had another dashboard style account that could sit under a Partner account and allow these clients to easily access all of their accounts.
