  1. The feature of having a calculator within the create line items would be a great idea. Xero uses this feature within its sales and purchase invoices and it really helps to speed up the processing.

  2. The type field is greyed out default to "invoice", unable to select "credit".

I need the option to publish as either invoice or a credit note rather than inputting manually in accounting software.

    Hello,

Good news, sales credit notes are now supported in Dext Prepare for Xero and QuickBooks Online.

You can publish a sales credit note by choosing ‘Type > Sales Credit Note’ on the item detail page.

  3. an explanation of what an error means - ie "A request should not contain ID in the route during POST operation."

  4. Currently when we publish from Receipt Bank to MYOB, RB includes the image URL for items in the Journal Memo field. There's no way to stop RB from doing this, even if we turn the image sharing permission off in Receipt Bank.

Can you please instead send the name of the supplier to the journal memo field - we use this field during reconciliation and the image URL makes the process much slower.

For other integrations (like Xero or MYOB Essentials) RB will attach the image of the receipt from Receipt Bank directly to the transaction - could you please…

  5. It would be extremely helpful to be able to publish a Sales invoice to a bank account. Most customers have paid for the service and it goes directly into a bank account. The drop down list is there in Dext but no bank accounts show up in it.
