  1. Be able to select invoice brand in DEXT so that the sales invoice picks up the correct payment terms. It currently just defaults to the wrong brand, putting payment terms in that I have to subsequently remove in Xero

  2. Is there a way Dext can identify or we can identify Direct Debit paid invoices to those that need to be paid and go onto a payment run? So you have a Credit Card Paid item and Direct Debit paid item (list) and a To be paid Item list

  3. Currently the app will wait for a connection to Dext, then load current inbox data before loading the camera to take photos of receipts. This takes 5-10 seconds on a good wifi or 5G connection.

    When the wifi and mobile data is turned off, the app can instantly load the camera.

    The delay when loading the Dext app to quickly scan a receipt is frustrating and unnecessary.

    The app could connect and load data in the background while allowing the user to add documents or load the camera.

    Further, there is no guarantee that the internet connection will stay available…

  4. It would be nice to be able to have a report section. In this section you could automatically have it total up the money spent or earned in different categories. By clicking on this report it would total up each category and give you a list of each category with their total $.

  6. Please add the feature where we can sync our scanned documents as Purchase Orders into QBO.

    Now we can only sync them into Bills.

  7. It would be nice if the calendar started on Sunday instead of Monday, like most calendars. If you're looking to select Tuesday, you might select Wednesday instead because of where it's sitting visually.

  14. Currently need them set up carefully in order with exceptions first and cant change if new accounts, etc become exceptions and need to go at the start of the process. Would be good if we could reorder as you would currently have to delete some or all existing workflows and set back up if you need to create any new exceptions at the start of the process.

  18. I use this program to reconcile several bank accounts. I think it would be nice to be able to set each account as reconciled up to a certain date, so that if an old receipt is submitted it would be flagged, and so it may be able to get the date order correct. November 1st instead of January 11th etc.

  19. Allow the End User to determine whether a duplicate expense entry is correct or not. With the current set up, the End User is unable to get similar looking expenses into the system and it's quite frustrating needing to wait for the Admin to review and approve. First they must notify the Admin that they are having this issue, then the Admin needs to approve the duplicate item, at which point the End User needs to return to the app to complete the data entry. This process is extremely inefficient.

  20. For multi-entity accounts with the same suppliers it would be useful if Dext could identify if the invoice has been submitted to the correct Dext account.
