Refresh Dext for updated paperwork request report
Having processed items in Dext and reconciled in Xero its laborious to get to the refresh integration option in order to create an updated paperwork request report. Would be great to have a sync button when wanting a current list of unreconciled bank transactions in Xero. Also the option to include bank lines where there is an item in Dext that might not be a valid VAT invoice. I keep order confirmations in Dext as a reminder that they've uploaded the incorrect paperwork and still need to upload the valid VAT invoice.... but then that bank line is not currently…

Employee Certification Tracker for Practices
Add a column on the colleagues tab to show employee certification status. This ensures practices would be able to track whether an employee has completed their certification, highlighting those that have not. This will enable practices to better chase staff to complete their certification.
In addition, I would also suggest adding an export function for this list which includes the following: first name, last name, email address, linked to account, privilege level, location, status (i.e. certified or non-certified), date of certification obtained and expiry date.

Bank Rules for Suppliers in Dext
Would be good that if in Supplier rules you could see text to look for on a document a bit like bank rules in Xero to be able to better set specific rules for suppliers.

Splitting receipts within Expense Claim Form
Currently, multiple receipts on one document must be split BEFORE adding to the expense form.
SUGGESTION: I would like to kindly suggest to add this capability within the expense form itself.
JUSTIFICATION: It would be much more efficient, and accurate, to add all receipts to an expense claim at one time. Then reconcile within it, splitting receipts within the expense itself at one, or multiple users, discretion.
People do not always have time to split receipts out in one sitting, therefore, the possibility of missing receipts on claims by coming back to the inbox repeatedly is much higher. Additionally, if…1 vote -
Running invoice totals
I think you should add a feature that shows the total amount of the invoices you have selected. For example, you "select" 3-4 invoices, at the top of the page it would show "3 Invoices, £453.23". A dyanmic toggle that would be useful when tallying up invoices to push through to match payments in Xero.
Xero have this functionality in bills to pay as a reference point.

Paperwork Request - amend order in pdf
I need to sort by bank and then date order (oldest to newest) but there is no option to do this unless I extract to csv and manually amend. I also noticed that bank lines were missing if Dext thought there was an item waiting to be processed that matched - but the document uploaded was not a valid VAT invoice so I still want to include that bank line in the paperwork request document.

Search QBO for transaction matches manually
Make it so we can search QBO for transaction matches manually. Then if Dext hasn't found a transaction match but the transaction is already in QBO it can still be sent to the transaction.

More options to customize user roles - eg. give non-Admins access to Bank Feed/Request Paperwork
I only just realized that an "Expense Approver" user can't see any of the Bank Feed info, or use any of the Request Paperwork functionality?? This would be a huge benefit to my clients (especially the ones who have their own company credit cards), but I don't want to make them all Admins just so they can have access to paperwork matching features, and I don't want to have to go through the Paperwork Match feature (which doesn't work that well) and figure out for them which things are missing when it would be way easier for them to know…

Smart Split by unit cost amount and not total amount
Allow Smart Split -> split by line item's unit cost and not total cost.
Current feature you can preset the line item by typing in Description, category, Product, Quantity and Total amount. However, I'd like to be able to enter the Unit Amount instead of the Total amount as I'd like to use this feature to keep track of how many units are sold per line item which adds up to the total amount. Extract custom phrase
Would be amazing to be able to create a phrase for Dext to search for - my use case is in Uber and Uber Eats instances where the tip is added after the fact. We get two invoices autosubmitting, one for the original amount and one for the original amount plus the tip.
If it could recognize the phrase "Thanks for tipping," and note that somewhere viewable before clicking into the receipt it would allow us to be somewhat more efficient in adjusting the extracted amounts to be correct on them.
