It would be really good to have ability to manually mark items as "unread/new" if viewed accidentally, or, alternatively, some other way of setting "statuses", for example "new" or "approved" or "on hold" or something like that, besides the flagging option, in order to be able to tell what is happening with a particular document easily.

  4. Are you able to add a feature where we can search for a job reference. We collect materials from many different suppliers we keep one job reference between all the Suppliers assigned to the job we would then ideally be able to just search a job reference and have all the receipts/invoices we need Which are assigned to the current job

  5. We want to be able to change all of our clients settings in bulk, for example, the "Show net amount" one. We also need to be able to pre-set this to be ON as default for new clients.

  12. When I have an expense, I do not want the system to give me the option to post to a project that was marked 'completed' in quickbooks.
    Example: I did a project named Anderson 2 years ago. Now I have a new 'Anderson' job, and Dext is still allowing me to post the the Anderson job that was completed 2 years ago.
    Solution: Only show 'In Progress' projects.

  15. Could you please add field for Country of incorporation for Suppliers and Customers? ANd add it as table setting to Inbox and Expense reports too? The country of supplier/customer is vital for taxation purposes

  19. Have the option to set a User rule so that when a user submits and item the "Publish as" field is set to a certain setting (Draft, Awaiting Approval, Paid). Instead of having an account-wide rules only.

  20. The "Automatic Zoom" doesn't work as anticipated. I have to click the pulldown menu to select "Page Width". Can we have the ability to set this as our default setting?
