  1. It would be great to add a button (Funds Received) to the sales section. When uploading invoices, it would be good to select whether the customer paid or not. same like in the cost section. Thank you

  4. when one looks after a block of flats say 34 in the block and is dealt by the managing agent -the agent end of month produces a document giving income for say 3 flats and charging 3 management fees on the same document -so 3 rentals income needs to be split as do the managment fees--ideally with out having to split or convert etc

  7. Have the option to remove a publishing destination from the "Publish to" field so client do not publish accidentally to the wrong destination.

  10. When requesting paperwork, please make an option to send a notification email to the user to notify them of the paperwork request. At the moment, it sends a notification to the app which is easily missed. This would be helpful but furthermore, I think its essential. Thanks!

  12. As some browsers suggest that notes can be left on the items Details page, (its PDF) we would like to be able to save those notes so they can remain on the item.

  17. I would like the ability to add a ‘sticky note’ to the image in Dext to provide more background info that someone searching the document might need after the fact. I don’t care if it’s visible in Sage or QBO, but its sometimes nice to draw attention to a change or a formula error or adding error on something submitted by staff so that whomever is approving the invoices gets the full picture....description field is not visible when I export a pdf list to my CEO to show what’s being paid on a particular pay period so that doesn’t help…

  18. I would like to be able to notify users that their info is incomplete when I’m working in Dext. I would like more ways to indicate follow-up on the main inbox screen....there is only one flag - I’d like to have a visible note field below it or beside it to say what’s missing or what’s needed
    Backups to OneDrive or wherever should include the category code/project/etc - if not, we’re just backing up an image of the receipt/invoice which is not very helpful if you are looking something up years later or if you ever discontinue using Dext.

  19. Extract payments from bank statement.
    Allow them to be coded up manually with say Account no. Then export each coded transaction to the relevant account in Sage as a SA. This then allows user to match SA against invoices in Sage

  20. It would be helpful if there was a place to separate out the gratuity on a receipt. Those aren't taxed so we have to go in after and adjust the tax amount that Dext calculates. We still want to track that portion of the expense for CC matching, etc.
