  1. I have several Dext Prepare accounts. I'm trying to add a document via Dextextension - I'm allowed to select to submit to Dext and choose Costs, but it doesn't ask me which account I'm uploading to. I've checked all of my accounts and I don't see the document in any of them.

  3. Please can you program the Tax Amount so that it can be over typed when using tax amounts - sometimes the tax amount is not 20%, for example, and to save having to use separate line items with different tax codes, it would be simpler to over type the tax amount. Some software like sage does allow the tax amount to be different to the calculated rate.

    Using the Extracted Value is not always an option to over type the VAT because often the ivoice wont publish when the Extract Amount tax code.

  6. Please allow us to add a payment reference to an Invoice/Receipt/Bill when publishing it as paid.

    Allow us to assign a Default Payment Reference to a Payment Method that then pre-populates the Payment Reference for All Bills using that specific Payment Method, the user can then manually update each invoice if a change needs to be made or can add a Payment Reference when editing the Invoice.

    When the user submits a document as paid to their accounting package it uses this Payment Reference as the Payment Reference for the payment created in their accounting package, this will help the…

  7. When I click on PDF Preview, or Export the PDF version of an Expense Report, I'd like to be able to view the Customer column. At the moment it's only visible on CSV which is not the ideal format for me.

  8. Sales invoice customer name extraction. When Dext processes a new sales invoice it checks whether the customer name is existing or new. If it's existing then Dext automatically populates the customer name field. If it's new then Dext suggests that the customer name is populated with the customer name on the invoice. We then have to manually review the list of sales invoices with no customer name, open the invoice record and accept the customer name. Dext will then populate the customer name field.   9. When in this suggestion box, and in the app, I can not do voice text. Sometimes it's easier to just speak and say what the bill is rather than texting it out. Unfortunately it does not support this on an Android phone

  11. Update "Image Share" for Expense Reports to be set at the Expense report level, instead of globally.

    Some users may not require this to be on by default for all reports, but on an adhoc basis.

    Maybe have a global feature to enable/disable image sharing, but allow the control to be at the expense report level.

  15. Currently, you set your default tax codes in the integration (we are using sage 50). This means when you use extracted tax, any left over amount always goes to T0 (our 0% rated tax codes). This works in most cases, however when looking at payment processing, water suppliers etc. They have may portion of there which is taxable and a portion that is tax exempt. The current system puts that tax exempt portion into our 0% rated tax code rather than our exempt tax code. I am then having to go into Sage 50 and manually change the tax codes.

  18. I am currently scrolling through suppliers to merge duplicates. After each merge is completed it brings me back to the start of the supplier list alphabetically and it requires me scroll down to find where I was in the list each time. This is a time consuming exercise when there are over 1000 suppliers on the list.
