Invoice payment
It would be great to add a button (Funds Received) to the sales section. When uploading invoices, it would be good to select whether the customer paid or not. same like in the cost section. Thank you

Automatically send Paperwork Requests to Clients for Transactions/Items without a Match.
The bank transactions are automatically synced on Dext, so we want to be able to activate the Paperwork Request on Dext so it will atomically be requested from the employees

landlord rental incomes
when one looks after a block of flats say 34 in the block and is dealt by the managing agent -the agent end of month produces a document giving income for say 3 flats and charging 3 management fees on the same document -so 3 rentals income needs to be split as do the managment fees--ideally with out having to split or convert etc

Entra ID or FIDO2
2 requests please:
1. Add Azure AD (Azure Entra ID) as a SSO provider.
2. Add the ability to use FIDO2 devices. We use Yubikeys through DUO for our firm's MFA solution. I know that I can use the DUO app as one of your SSO options but the folks that use Yubikeys are dead in the water for your product.

Extract checks/cheques as a document type
Have the system extract submitted checks as their own document type, as opposed to a 'receipt' so the Advanced search can be used to filter only checks

Reject a submission/request revision
As an administrator and financial controller, I need to be able to 'send back' a submission to a user, from within the interface. Right now, if someone submits an order confirmation instead of a receipt, I have to d/l the confirmation, delete it from Dext, and email the submitter asking them to correct the documentation.

Separate gratuity field
It would be helpful if there was a place to separate out the gratuity on a receipt. Those aren't taxed so we have to go in after and adjust the tax amount that Dext calculates. We still want to track that portion of the expense for CC matching, etc.

Publish items as "Tax Inclusive" to QuickBooks Online
Currently, items arrive as "Tax Exclusive" in QBO regardless if "Extracted Amount" or a specific Tax Rate is selected in Dext, which we need to manually alter in QBO afterward. It would be helpful to be able to publish items as Tax Inclusive.

iOS Base Currency Adjustment
On iOS you can’t adjust the base currency so it’s difficult/impossible to Publish foreign transactions as you need to make sure they correctly matched to the bank statement. Can you add an additional line with the case currency so you can change it similar to the way you can on the web version? It would make the need to login online less necessary.

Payment Method - DIRECT DEBIT
It would be great if there was an option for a payment method of "Direct Debit", so invoices are separated from the invoices that are awaiting payment.

Rejected Items folder
A very useful feature would be an option to view rejected items. A daily problem our bookkeepers have is having to repeatedly ask our clients to resend an invoice or receipt to which they have claimed they've already sent to dext, they get very unhappy and frustrated with us when we request multiple times. I understand that dext sends a rejection email but 90% of the time the client doesn't not pay attention to that email. It would solve a lot of problems if we could view the rejected item, then provide feedback to the client as to why it…
