Put Different Colour Flags

To put different colour flag for the items in the Inbox so users wouldn’t have to go through all the invoice sitting DEXT inbox and check what belongs to them.

You can now enable different colour flags to help organise the Costs and Sales inboxes. Any Admin with access to Business Settings >> Lists will now see Flags as a new option. Once enabled, the whole team will be able to use them. See the attached screenshot for reference.

    I love the addition of the coloured flags in the inboxes. Is it possible to add the coloured flags to Expense claims inbox as well? Currently we can use the coloured flags inside each individual expense item, but tthe flag doesn't carry back to the main expense claim item list, only orange. Also, it would be amazing to be able to have coloured flags to identify the stages of entire expense claims, other than orange. Complete, in process, etc. Thank you for your efforts!

    We need optional flag colours in the inbox to indicate which stage of review/approval an item is at. This would be incredibly helpful.

    I need this ASAP. I need to tag items that are a different currency so that I don't publish them until I see the actual cost in the bank statement. I also need to flag items that our client has uploaded regarding the details of a supplier payment made so that I know this does not need to be published but kept as a reference.

    Our accounting company uses Dext and our staff are responsible for adjusting the fields. There should be a way for our accounting company to rename or flag the specific fields that they want us to double-check under Item Details. There are a lot of fields there and many of them don't pertain to us. I want some visual flag for our staff as to which ones we have to edit. Even just renaming "Category" to "Category >" would be beneficial. According to the AI chat bot, this isn't possible.

    Multiple/Personalised Flags - would be helpful if we could have more than one option when flagging an invoie/receipt. Also is we could personalise the name of these flags that would be good too, like you do in emails.

    Please,provide us with the possibility of flagging the invoices in different colours, so we can recognise those that are processed from those ones that are contentious/urgent/...
