Better management of payment methods
Please could we have more options within the payment methods section. In particular, it would be really helpful to be able to archive old payment methods, rather than keeping or deleting them, and to merge duplicate payment methods.

Archive Payment Methods - It would be really nice to be able to archive payments methods instead of having to delete them. Then we can still see history if we need to but it takes the payment method out of the choices when picking a payment method - It would also be really nice to reorder the payment methods. Some cards get used more then others and when you have a big company with 15-20+ payment methods its annoying having to scroll through everything.

This would be so incredibly helpful - my Payment Methods lists have gotten so long and unwieldy, but I never want to delete old ones because they help maintain the audit trail of who paid for what and how. Either having the option to archive/hide some from the list, or just only show certain ones when filling out the field in the Item View - either option would be such a time-saver!

Yes please! For me the bigger issue for us is that Dext's OCR constantly adds incorrect payment methods. It misreads loyalty card numbers, ABNs, and other numbers as new credit cards, creating a new mess for us to clean up every few weeks. We desperately need a way to stop these incorrect additions at the source. The best solution would be a simple toggle switch in the settings to turn off automatic payment method creation altogether.

Yes please! I don't want to delete old payment methods (eg. old credit cards) as they're part of the financial record, but they really clutter up the drop-down list. This is especially a problem with expense reimbursements, where Dext extracts a staffperson's personal credit/debit card, and it's helpful to keep that on file as tied to them, so that future mystery receipts can be more easily identified, but I end up having to name them "z.Name.PersonalCard" to try and keep them out of the way.
