Rejected Items folder
A very useful feature would be an option to view rejected items. A daily problem our bookkeepers have is having to repeatedly ask our clients to resend an invoice or receipt to which they have claimed they've already sent to dext, they get very unhappy and frustrated with us when we request multiple times. I understand that dext sends a rejection email but 90% of the time the client doesn't not pay attention to that email. It would solve a lot of problems if we could view the rejected item, then provide feedback to the client as to why it was rejected. Thank you.

Dext should have the ability to show/send email regarding the rejected items and also specify the reason of rejection as well.

  Hi Team,
I would like to request the ability to see Rejected items in Dext and why the item was rejected. My clients has been complaining about that they sent the documents to Dex but I do not see them. It would be a great support to us if we can have this feature to see what was rejected and why.
Regards
Hansaki -

Have a quick access to Rejected Items which also outlines why they were rejected.

We really need a 'flagged invoices' section where rejected invoices can sit once sent through, preferably with the reason for rejection. At the moment an email is sent to the sender, but this often ends up in junk and frustrations arise where we can't reconcile but the client says they have sent.

For items which dext can't process (e.g. costs/sales), is there any way that a "rejected" folder could be created and we can look to manually update for these select entries.
