Adding reminders for the approvals
Reminders to approve an invoice after x amount of days... if not approved by x amount of days then moves to their manager for approval. This would take away the need to micro manage the approval workflow process.
Exciting news - approval reminders are now available in Dext!
By default, approvers with outstanding approval requests will receive a summary email on Monday's at 9am.
You can change this setting any time by heading to Business settings -> Approvals -> Reminders:

YES PLEASE!! Both manual AND automated (able to be scheduled) reminders would be amazing! Our workflow is to publish every Friday so if we could automate a Thursday approval reminder this would be so so so helpful

For email approval settings the longest time period is hourly, a daily reminder would be useful as hourly is too frequent

The system we currently use for approvals allows for a timeframe to be set per approval step, i.e. a manager (first approval) has 3 days to approve, then the CFO (final approval) has a week on their step to approve. I would foresee a user getting an initial email that there is an item ready for their approval, then after the allotted timeframe is up, a second reminder is sent.

Automated emails sent to expense report approvers until they approve the report.

Would like to be able to issue automatic reminder emails to an approver if they haven't actioned an expense report after a period of time. This will assist our team greatly! Thanks
