More edit options in approvals

Currently you cannot edit VAT rates and classes in the approvals section. Therefore if these need updating, you have to reject the invoice and send it back to the inbox to adjust, which is very time consuming. It would be great if there were the options to edit more categories in the approvals section.

    I was led to believe that Dext was there to give us the opportunity to upload our documents into one place so they were accessible to us and our Xero team so that if we missed entering a bill or didn't have time they could. I have just noticed that they are entering remittance items as a income invoice which is doubling our income instead of just using them to reconcile the bank. So instead of reducing my workload they are potentially doubling it taking precious time away from my management of the other areas in the company. How do I stop this issue from reoccurring?

    100% one of the frustrating things within the approval feature. It would be great to have the option to edit all fields available on a workflow.

    During the approval process the approvers should have an option to edit extra fields. The main being classes and locations from QBO and tracking categories in Xero. Once a requester has added/not added this in it is impossible to edit within Dext unless the approval is rejected.

    Enable Approvers to edit the Tax rate field in addition to the other fields they can edit. Users don't always understand which tax rate to apply if it's not obvious on the receipt so we have to reject/cancel request to be able to correct the tax rate. We always have one "accounting" approver in addition to the manager approver and the accounting approver needs to be able to review and update the tax rate.

    Tracking categories would be very helpful to edit during approval, we can do the other boxes which is great but would love to add Tracking categories as well.

    Allow the approver of an expense claim to be able to edit the tax portion requested by the employee as they do not always get it right.
    Currently you need to reject the claim and then edit it then re-suibmit for approval, these extra steps create more time spent on the task.

    Ability to change tracking categories is needed!!

    Need to be able to edit the tracking categories pulled through from Xero!

    Approvals - For the approver to edit 'Class' field.
    All other fields are already available to edit
