Amazon API portal not fetching the correct invoice format
The Amazon Business (UK) API is automatically fetching my purchases, but it's inconsistent whether it fetches the invoice (correct behaviour) or the purchase order (incorrect behaviour). Please make it consistently fetch the VAT invoice.

Home currency Tax update after adjusting Home currency total amount
When I update a transaction in USD (foreign) currency, I input the CAD (Home currency) amount that was taken from the Credit card statement, and when I press tab to switch to the next field (CAD Tax amount), the CAD tax amount field should already update or show as a suggestion underneath the field with the proper exchange rate calculated from the CAD Total field update.
Right now the auto-update only executes when tax is set as fixed tax value and not as extracted amount value.

Dext Commerce - Square Fees - Reference extracted is too long for Quickbooks
When Square integrates with Dext Commerce Lite, it extracts the long reference number which is too long for Quickbooks. This means that it can't be auto published, meaning manually having to change this on every fee invoice that comes through before publishing.

The WhatsApp submission is working for our clients, but when they upload a document, no option to give a note to it is available - could this be added? For example, if they have various branches, to note to which branch it belongs.

I know how to manually refresh the lists. I just don't remember prior to processing. I would like to be able to set a schedule for clients that use Projects/Customers so it is something I do not have to remember.

Customise flags practice-wide for all clients
Would be great to customise flags practice-wide for all clients. We want a standardised approach, especially for the apprentices. Great feature but would make more sense practice-wide than changing it on individual client basis

Zoho Books - custom fields
For Zoho Books bills, we have created some custom fields such as suggested payment date and how the payment will be made (direct debit, manual etc). There doesn't seem to be any option to populate these fields in Dext, so have to reopen them in Zoho to add these in. So I would like Dext to be able to pull any custom fields per the company on Zoho as well as the criteria requirements (such as drop down, or date)

List visibility - hide all categories and all taxes from upload screen
I need to receive receipts from standard users allocated to a project with a short description and would like their experience to be as simple as possible - to clear the upload screen I would like to show only project and description, and hide completely categories and taxes.
If all the categories are hidden in the main list - the option disappears on upload - but then I can’t access them myself...
When I clear the unique selection, it automatically selects all categories instead of none, would it be possible to change that ?

Prevent accidental selection of Sales Inbox on app
The Sales button is right next to the Camera button on the App. So it is very easy to accidentally tap that button instead of the Camera button, which then sends all subsequent scans to the Sales Inbox when they were intended for the Costs Inbox. While there is a way to move the items to the correct Inbox, there seems to be no way to trigger Dext to re-extract the fields using the Supplier rules.
How about asking for confirmation when switching Inboxes?

Duplicate review including original document history
On the duplicate review screen we can see the two invoices, but now that approvals are available in Dext, there is no way for the reviewer to see if the original was rejected and what the rejection reason was to ensure whatever criteria was fixed. If for instance, an invoice was rejected because it was missing information or a PO number, there is currently no flag on that review page to indicate that the original was rejected so when it is confirmed that it is the same invoice, the new submission is also now attached and automatically archived and never…

Why are approved expense claims still editable?
Our employees that are standard users are still able to edit, delete, archive, unarchive expense claims that were already approved and published. this is defeating the purpose as it creates chaos after publishing. Please change it so that once an expense claim is approved, it cannot be edited/archived/unarchived, etc.

Work in progress from an agreed quote or estimate
To be able to only partly invoice items from a quote and leave the rest as un-invoiced, to be invoiced further down the line.

When checking for duplicates invoices, check only supplier name and document reference number.
When checking for duplicated invoices, Dext ignores the amount but report whenever there are two or more invoices from the same supplier with the same reference number.
This way duplicated invoices with differring amounts will get picked up. At the moment these invoices slips through the cracks.

Rejection's Without Reason
Edit to workflow so that when an approver rejects an item, they are required to put in a reason.
i see a lot of items getting rejected without a reason being given, so im having to reach out to the rejecter for an explanation on why it was rejected and what needs to be changed.
For the sake of clarity, i think there should be an option to make a approver require a reason for rejection/cancellation in order to reject/cancel.
this would provide training opportunities for the processer, so that the same mistakes are not being made over and over.

Ability to sort on 'Match' within Costs inbox
It would be great to have the 'Match' field at the top of the 'Costs inbox' to sort items by match first. I know you can filter but that takes additional steps and excludes non-match items. Majority of other headers are selectable so adding this would be great. Screenshot attached showing field.

It would be helpful to be able to sort by flag colour - as you can with most other columns.
