the ability to notify team leaders or managers if team members are not actioning things sitting for a team awaiting payment. Gives them the option to re assign to a new employee or understand the employee who isn't doing the right thing

Allow the ability to create whole practice level workflows. Example, my practice i want all clients to have the same 2 step approval for each purchase. i don't want to have to set up per client the same thing.

Bulk Edit on Tax Box in Expense Claims
I would like to be able to Bulk Edit the Tax box within an Expense Claim please. It would save so much time on a large claim where most of the transactions are foreign currency. It's already available in the main section, so should be an easy fix to roll out in Expenses Claims. Thanks

Mobile app to scan as pdf
When jpeg files are published in Kashflow, they have to be downloaded to view. If scanned as pdf this is not the case. Please include option in app to scan as a pdf.

Provide the option to do multiple splits from one bill
Bills can only be split one at a time by indicating the new category, total amount, and tax amount. However some of the suppliers will provide a list of bills in one document, which requires multiple splits, and invoice number updates. It would be great to include an option to add additional splits to the initial bill with an add button on the split screen, as well as the option to update the bill number to remove the need to update it afterwards.

Comments and commentary
Hello,
I'd love if you could please add:
1. When sending a bill to approval via Dext, to make commentary on the item, so the approver can see it. This would greatly reduce the need to do approvals outside of the app.
2. When exporting the approved items, the ability to see the comments placed on each item. This feature is not present, so once exported, you still need to review the comments on Dext. It would simplify and make the process more efficient, particularly for reporting purposes.

Configurable Rounding Method for Tax Calculation

Difference in rounding method leads to small but problematic differences in tax calculation.Proposed Solution:

Dual Integration Support - Consistent Data
We use two integrations from Dext, being Xero and ApprovalMax for Xero, with certain costs being routed through each channel respectively. Per recent communications with Support "the merging function doesn’t currently recognize when the details are the same if they come from ApprovalMax."
As all three platforms (Dext, Xero, and AM) rely on the same source of truth being Xero there should be a higher level of data integrity maintained between all three, rather than there being effectively three separate ledgers.

Remove PDF viewer toolbar in the footer.
The PDF viewer toolbar doesn't seem to move and gets in the way of footers. It is very common to receive bills with useful information in the footer. Most of our hotel invoices have the majority of required company information there.

Accessibility settings - color
When the option to use the previous version is removed, the only option for the visual appearance is the extremely bright white color scheme. I find this stressful and ******* the eyes. No other website I use has this effect.
I would like to have the option to change the color scheme to something more similar to the old version which was much less bright.

User defaults added in User section
Set up User Defaults in the same screen that holds their email address, phone number, manager etc.
When users are set up there is a field where we can enter theirManager (for approvals). Why can we also not add their user defaults in the same screen. E.g. the default bank account or default school/ cost centre? Users should not have to go into Business Settings - Lists - Bank Accounts etc.

Allow 'clear publishing data' of approved items
Once items are approved, allow the 'clear publishing data' option. Otherwise, for errors that need to be corrected, the item needs to be rejected and then re-approved.

Extract UK VAT Numbers
As UK VAT Numbers have recently been added to the workspace. It hasn't been available to extract in PDF or CSV format. If it was able to, this would be of great help!
