   Thanks for your feedback. We will look at options for how we might either provide a payment date field of improve the way that payment date is populated in Xero to make this more convenient.    when you open an invoice to view the box at the very bottom says paid and payment method but there is no area to input the date it was paid as not everyone pays everything immediately so if the date of payment was available it would be easier to match and the company's accounts would reflect the payment more accurately
