The description suggestions from the AI are often unhelpful. Mine defaults constantly to 'subsistence', 'for the office' and 'for staff', all of which are not only unhelpful but might suggest a misuse of funds were I to fail to catch them! I would like the ability to restrict description suggestions so that they cannot contain certain words, and I would also like suggestions to be more clearly differentiated from team member contributions, for instance by putting suggestions in italics.

I would like the ability to stop the AI from suggesting certain words or phrases in the description. I will never want to use the phrases 'for the office', 'for staff' or 'subsistence', but the AI puts these in all the time. In the case of my business, these phrases may actually suggest misuse of funds so I definitely don't want them! I also can't always tell what is an AI suggestion and what has come from my colleagues. I'd like the ability to distinguish between the two easily, for instance by having AI suggestions in italics.
