It would be useful if user permissions could be granted in line with workflows. We have team leads who we would like to be the first step of approval in the workflow, to approve their team's expenses. However we only want to grant them access to their own team's items. Currently only possible to give them access to either all items within Dext, or their own items - and no in between. They only need to see the expenses submitted by the team they line manage, but they can't be set up as approvers in a workflow unless they're given access to the full record of files in Dext.
