It would be more useful for us looking at the downloaded file/file sent to accounting system, if it included some information about the actual invoice. Eg Supplier Name, Invoice number/reference, Invoice or Due date, perhaps Amount.
Instead the file is something like this, which has no relevance to anyone:
RB-b626cfe4-20a9-425e-a2fd-1c7e84655579.pdf
The file could still contain this string if necessary - perhaps to ensure uniqueness or some other use required by Dext.
