Document reference on credit notes
Document reference should be published for Credit notes as well as invoices to accounting software instead of your item ID which is meaningless in the client accounting software

Record of partial PO matching
When an invoice is partially matched to a purchase order, a record of this should be pushed through to Xero (using the notes section on the PO), rather than only updating when fully billed.

I would like to be able to lock the accounting period within dext. This would allow our accountants to make adjusting entries in QBO without allowing accounts payable to post any more invoices, into the period.

For example I have a supplier called UPWORK that I can auto fetch the documents from them. However I receive both invoices and receipts. i want the ability for that supplier to auto publish the receipts but ignore the invoices.

Add conditions to Auto-publish
Rather that auto-publish all items we would like to be able to add conditions to a few items. For example for our sole trader clients where there are 2 meals then we go back and ask about client entertainment, or disallow half. Its quite common in our sector to pay for client food. If one coffee/sandwich we allow it.
We don't auto-publish any food at the minute to check for more than 1 meal. It would be great if we could add filters such as auto-publish for Costa coffee IF < £5.

You should be able to point more than one Dext account to a single QBO account. It would assist in keeping certain users seperate while still posting to the same QBO account

When we publish receipts to ApprovalMax, is there anyway we can add which user has sent them in?

Publishing History
Can we have a new publishing history so that we can see which users have published documents into the accounting software rather than having to find each document and look at the 'history' tab as some clients publish documents incorrect so a new tab would be easy to identify all documents that they have publish.

Recording bank transactions properly as Debits or eTransfers
Many expenses are paid by eTransfer or Debit which is associated with a bank account. But when completing the payment/publish to section of the details, Dext only allows me to use Cheque for a bank account. The expense was not paid by cheque, it is an expense and should be posted as such but we should have the option of Debit or eTransfer when completing Publish to. This would be great.

Bulk edit tax rate
Is there any chance we can request that the option to edit Tax Codes can be added to the Bulk Edit option?
I’ve got a load of foreign currency items, paid on a personal card that I need to process and these are picking up the local tax, which needs to be changed to ‘Zero Rated Expenses’ before I publish to Xero. I really expected this option to be there on the Bulk Edit and was pretty disappointed when it wasn’t. Would save me oodles of time.
