  1. Add a column on the colleagues tab to show employee certification status. This ensures practices would be able to track whether an employee has completed their certification, highlighting those that have not. This will enable practices to better chase staff to complete their certification.

    In addition, I would also suggest adding an export function for this list which includes the following: first name, last name, email address, linked to account, privilege level, location, status (i.e. certified or non-certified), date of certification obtained and expiry date.

  5. Could we please customise the invite message we send to our clients?

    We want to make sure they have all the info they need prior to starting using the app, but at the moment the message they get is rather short and it requires further explanation
