  2. Notification settings to move from daily to monthly for certain users so they are not receiving notifications all the time.

    Can you add a user with the default to no notifications? I have executives to add as users and they don’t want 300 emails a day. They also don’t want to opt-out, so why can’t you choose on/off when you set the user up?

As an Accountant User working on my clients accounts I would like to be able to receive email notifications for my clients accounts so that when a document is submitted by any user in this client account Dext Prepare informs me. I would also be able to customise the email notifications I receive for my clients accounts for each client and select what type of emails I receive based on the client (document uploaded, document published, document rejected, etc.)

  5. I would send email notifications to users when they are assigned as the Document Owner in Dext Prepare. This would then bring to their attention they have something they need to action / review in Dext.

  8. Please can accountants get notifications when a client takes over their subscription/billing. As we only get notifications if the client takes over the subscription and removes us as their accountants. This will help to know exactly when billing has been taken over. Thank you

  9. Admin users get notified when a basic user uploads items - it would be ideal for the person who is allowed to publish items to be notified by email when someone else has uploaded a cost.

  10. Enable all notifications to be send to one central/shared email account (as a pose to a specific user). This way all users on an account will have visibility of an actions that are required in order to process an invoice effectively. This will also be important if someone is on leave

  13. There's a feature we'd love to see implemented (if not already planned). This is to add the ability to notify the Dext Prepare user when invoices are assigned to them. Would be super helpful. Thanks!

  18. When requesting paperwork, please make an option to send a notification email to the user to notify them of the paperwork request. At the moment, it sends a notification to the app which is easily missed. This would be helpful but furthermore, I think its essential. Thanks!

  19. I would like a Merge Suggestion function, eg when a client uploads 1 invioice as several documents, could Dext spot that the same supplier has multiple invoices on the same day and ask whether we would like to merge them - this would be useful as it is too complex to give clients more than 1 email in address and they often photograph a multi page invoice as multiple documents as well

  20. A notification option for credit card transactions that don’t have a receipt uploaded. Would help to address missed uploads while receipts are still handy, instead of at the end of the month when they may be lost
