  1. Would it be possible for Dext's Supplier statements section to be able to pick up any items posted as an expense within the accounting software as this would assist with duplication errors? Or is this currently only based on the creditors list?

  6. Ability to set a rule and action on Amazon Import (or all extractions)
    Example : If Payment Method = xyz Then Delete Receipt
    I have receipts flowing from one amazon business account to more than business. Lots of duplication and manual deleting. A rule would automate that (for me ithe bank card used indicates which business it applies to ... but there is no means to direct them to the correct DEXT business based on that.

  7. Currently, you set your default tax codes in the integration (we are using sage 50). This means when you use extracted tax, any left over amount always goes to T0 (our 0% rated tax codes). This works in most cases, however when looking at payment processing, water suppliers etc. They have may portion of there which is taxable and a portion that is tax exempt. The current system puts that tax exempt portion into our 0% rated tax code rather than our exempt tax code. I am then having to go into Sage 50 and manually change the tax codes.

  8. I would love for the bill screen that displays in QBO to be adjustable. It's too big when you need to view the classing as well in QBO.

  9. I would like the ability to leave the check reference blank without auto-filling AND the mark the check with the "to print" status in Dext. Then when publishing to Quickbooks Online, the check would be labeled as "to print". All you have to do is click "Print Checks" in Quickbooks and the check would be listed there.

    Right now I have to manually go into QB, erase the long RB reference number, select the check "to print", and then go print. The way it is now, this step could be forgotten and someone could go unpaid!

  12. Allow the End User to determine whether a duplicate expense entry is correct or not. With the current set up, the End User is unable to get similar looking expenses into the system and it's quite frustrating needing to wait for the Admin to review and approve. First they must notify the Admin that they are having this issue, then the Admin needs to approve the duplicate item, at which point the End User needs to return to the app to complete the data entry. This process is extremely inefficient.

  13. I wish to attach the underlying invoice to the expense report in Dext so that when it integrates with QBO, I have the expense report and the underlying invoice together.

  15. The ability to group Clients and/or members of My Team into groups to streamline the process of adding clients and/or staff to Dext, so that both lists are scalable for growing companies.
    For example, we have three (so far) back office teams, one front office team, and admins. It would be helpful and much less time-consuming if Clients and/or Team members could be grouped together to mass-add a new client or employee to the system.

  17. Have a "hold" or "lock" option that would stop a particular item from being published.

    For example - a bill is uploaded but we are querying the bill with the supplier, I want to be able to lock that bill so if another user tried to publish it they would get a warning message saying "This bill is on hold, you must take it off hold to publish".
