Adjusting Document Reference field behaviour
For a bill in Quickbooks we have a field called Ref No. I thought that it might populate it with the document reference value.
I understand that this only works if an invoice number is picked up automatically.
In the case of a receipt - with no clear document number, the entry for document reference is empty.
Therefore we are manually entering a reference number. In the case where we have used a manually entry for the document reference number, and approve to send to quickbooks, the Ref No. field remains unpopulated.The current behaviour was described by tech support…

Auto-archive without publishing (supplier rule)
Idea : Auto-archive (without publishing) at supplier level
Why : For many suppliers, we have bank rules in Xero or QBO to have bank transactions automatically recorded without a receipt (monthly subscriptions are a good example of these). Although we do want to keep the receipts in the Archive in case of future audit, we don't want to publish and match all receipts if not required. What we currently do is, for these suppliers, we 'select all' and manually 'archive' all selected items.
If we could simply 'auto-archive without publishing' certain suppliers, that would be game changer for our 40+…

Be able to uplaod the same file as Cost and Sale at the same time.
I have invoices from Deliveroo, Just eat etc that there on the same inv is sales amount and commission amount. If I upload this inv in Dext as commission expense, I can not upload again in sales as sales income

Automatically fetch and extract bank statements
automatically fetch and extract bank statements. At the moment this feature is only available for australia where the statements are fetched and will appear under the bank tab but the client still needs to manually press a button to send them for extraction.

Add Credit Card number to Match Found - Bank Match
In the Costs > Inbox, when a match is found, a screen pops up to give details. The details are also included when you open the receipt. The issue is, it doesn't tell you which credit card it is. If you have a client with 10 credit cards, and the match says 'TD BUSINESS TRAVEL VISA' how does this help me? The data is probably being pulled from the bank, but there should be a way to add 4 digits to it somewhere, or at least the cardholder name.

Turn "OFF" the "Today", "This Week", "Last Week", "This Month", etc. sections when sorting items in the Mobile App based on Transaction Date
When sorting items by Transaction Date in the Mobile App, we want to be able to see a full list of the items sorted date-by-date. Currently, when you sort by Transaction Date, it displays the items in descending date order, but this resets for each section, i.e - "This Week" sorts the items by transaction date for this particular week's Dates, "Last Week" will do the same for items dating back to the previous week, etc. which causes the List of items to reset on each section, making it hard to track accordingly.

Xero - Sales Invoices - Reference field
When a sales invoice is published to Xero, the item ID appears under the Reference field in Xero. Some customers don't want the item ID to be transferred to the Reference field in Xero as they would like to use that field for something else.

Smart balance for split line rules
Under smart split rules, permit one or more line items to be fixed, with the remaining balance (whatever it may be - variable) is allocated to one or more additional line items for different categories (one or more).
Rationale: Some line items may be recurring for the same amount, while some line items may be variable amounts, and there may even be some line items that only periodically appear.
It would be nice to have the option of allocating the remainder (whatever it may be) to one or more line items where the amount typically varies.

Description field for unmatched transactions
On the bank transactions have a description field where we can put a note in about the transaction not being matched with a receipt...
